Vienna · Custom Garage
Parts. Bikes.
Paperwork. Sorted.
Picaro Works is a small Vienna outfit that hunts down rare parts, sources classic bikes from Japan and Europe, and coordinates everything they need for Austrian roads — registration included.

Two ways to work with us
Spare Parts
Hard-to-find parts for classic motorcycles — mostly Japanese, some European. Browse the catalog and reserve what's in stock, or ask us to track it down.

Import a Bike
Tell us what you're chasing. We'll hunt it down — primarily in Japan, but also Italy, Germany, and other corners of Europe when a rare one turns up.

Import Prep & Registration
Once your bike's sourced, we handle delivery to Vienna and coordinate everything it needs for Austrian registration — paperwork and specialist coordination, done properly.

Servus, I'm Eugene.
Picaro Works started as one motorcycle on a lift in a small Vienna garage. It's still that garage — I keep it to two bikes at a time, on purpose, so nothing gets rushed. The parts sourcing, bike imports, and registration prep all grew out of the same habit: if the right part isn't on the shelf, I go looking until I find it.
